Groupon is committed to creating value for all stakeholders, including employees, customers, merchant partners, and local communities, and takes Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments seriously. Groupon focuses on four key areas that have been identified as essential to the success of the business and important for their global community of stakeholders: People & Culture, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Global Marketplace, Local Impact, and Responsible Business Practices.

As part of this effort, I undertook the design of the ESG report in close collaboration with Groupon's social responsibility team. We developed a comprehensive visual strategy for the report, with color as the central element to separate each chapter. These colors are carried over into the illustrations, charts, and photography throughout the report. The strategic use of color ensures that each chapter can stand alone if needed. The ESG report was a significant project that aimed to communicate Groupon's commitment to its stakeholders and their communities in a clear and compelling manner.
