Lead Designer / Sh1ft / Contractor

Sh1ft was a staffing platform connecting frontline workers with on-demand manufacturing and warehouse jobs. The challenge was creating a unified experience for workers finding jobs and managers filling them.

As Lead Designer, I developed the identity system, designed the worker and manager applications, created the launch website, and built the advertising toolkit used to bring the platform to market.
